Agreed, also personality traits are mostly determined already and are difficult to change, which op doesn't even mention how to go about doing here.
The only somewhat useful piece is the machiavellianism, but OP's interpretation of it is more of a mindset and a way to act, rather than born-with mach which i think is destructive as it causes a lack of empathy, which is a dealbreaker in success. You have to get good at seeing stuff from other peoples' angles, its crucial both in manipulating and succeding with others.
