I have very prominent tear troughs and nasolabial folds, I use it to lessen their presence. Can't say it removed all of it but I do notice a difference. (Then again it could be doing nothing as I changed my diet and self care routine for the better around the same time so the results could be because of diet and lifestyle changes rather than volufiline.)
