In terms of surgery i shouldnt be on here thats not a field i care about, top 3 surgery wise is obviously realsurgerymax, then the other 2 dont even matter cause of how much the gap between realsurgerymax and #2 is

Idk where the nzb dickride came from ive looked through alot of his threads and posts and hes a tiktok level poster

Never talked to mugwump before so maybe hes up there

The only reason I didnt put rsm on the list is because hes pretty much impossible to talk toR
Really? I always thought he was really knowledgable I guess its a classic case of herd mentality

Idek just but like on a /10 scale rsm is a 9.6 and 2nd place would be like a 8 so its a massive diff

Looked through 10 pages of his posts saw that yall were friends, he didnt seem to ever talk about anything to serious so idk if hed be top 3, but again i never talked to him

Everyone besides the 3 i mentioned and rsm are absolute fucking retards, ive talked to several of these “high iq” users and those 3 are the only ones that actually knew how to have a proper convo and knew what they were talking about

But in dms his iq was absolutely insane tbh 10/10 looks vision and theory
Created a whole ascension plan for me including some theories to how to avoid getting botched Ive never really seen anyone exhibit that kind of knowledge
