I have a giga narrow palate and if it was larger my molars would stick out farther than my cheekbones. Always thought if i had normal facial development itd be like if my face was dragged horizontally like a pic on photoshop. But then again palate expansion in no way helps ipd in any significant way which my explanation for was, "expansion of the face via the midpalattal suture has hardly any effect on the orbital positioning", but if this were the case then a growing up with a wide palate would also gabs minimal effects on ipd. but then how do you explain my giga narrow palate fitting proportionally to my face? My palate cannot physically be wider, but it also shouldnt be this narrow (severe crowding)
