I think i have more undereye and periorbital fat pads on right eye.

Thank you very much, I was at first thinking of infra-orbital rim plants but felt that fat grafting would be a better solutions due to my heavily hollow eye area.

Shape of orbits are giving you high PFH which is quite feminine even with your decent PFL. Only surgery to fix that would be orbital decompression, particularly lateral wall and orbital fat removal as that is the safest option and is what is done for cosmetic cases. Canthoplasty for the negative canthal tilt.

brutal fuark, my subhuman orbitals. Genuinely got so unlucky my mom has very compact eye shape, but dad has budging eyes(very big browridge) but i got my dads genes excluding the browridge.

For like someone with in an insane eye area, like elias de poot, jordan, atesh. Are there orbitals like fully horizontally compact? What other factors affect shape?

Vertically you mean. Other factors are eye set and curvature and height of the lower lid.

Your only option is surgery. Natural, I'd say under eye fat, squint, train orbicularis and pray to god everyday.
