Went from eating 5g of salt a day and maybe 1.5 grams of potassium a day to eating a ton of dried apricots, milk, peanuts etc. recently and my face legit looks leaner than it did before the start of my bulk., despite carrying more fat. I always believed that bloat was a cope for people with no bones, but I've realized now just how important it is for your looks to try to minimize facial bloat. High potassium seems to be the key here, rather than low carb.
After cleaning up my diet the past few weeks women seem to be less cold/try to like keep this distance between us when talking, and some random guy and girl at a fast food store told me I should become a model (JFL)
