Dry mix
3 cups of blended oats,
2 scoops of protein powder.
Wet mix
Half a can of evaporated milk
3 cups of water
2 tbsp of almond butter,
Add the wet mix to the dry mix then strain to get the clumps out. The clumps can be turned into a protein bar.
