I don’t use it recreationally

I use 300-500mg once or twice a month, for job interviews, dates, or meeting new people.

Good for social positive reinforcement. I’m more confident sober than I was before because of it and I made a lot of friends.

It feels like a good day in a pill. Alcohol without the sloppy, disorienting, poisonous effects.

Abuse it though, and it won’t end well for you.

It acts on gaba and dopamine. Mabye drops your blood pressure a bit.

I would say yes it’s safe for you but DYOR. Safer than alcohol if unless you are abusing it tolerance builds after even one day. It’s habit forming and addictive if used several days consecutively.

And respect it I won’t even use it two times a week.

If you take it like separated 1-4 times a month, the day after isnt even bad you can be a little more irritable. Not even comparable to how bad you will feel after an alcohol hangover. I wont ever drink alc again i dont see the reason to anymore.

However, with phenibut the bigger dose and longer duration you use it for the worse the withdrawals get. After like 2 a month of 1g+ dose per day you could get some pretty serious withdrawals. Similar to alcohol's withdrawals. There have people who have used it for years at 5g+ ran out couldn't get it shipped in time and fucking died.

But if you are responsible, understand its mechanism of action, respect dosing protocols, its a very safe drug. My favorite nothing really like it. Its very functional, I can drive, I don't look like im crazy person on a substance, you are just a bundle of joy and charismatic all inhibitions disappear. One dose also lasts all day 8+ hours which is crazy.
