Well i didnt take a blood work but i am 100% sure i habe high rbc signs

Don't take anything to self medicate, you can't self diagnose especially not without proper diagnostic tools.

I was doing 600 test 800 EQ and never had blood issues

If I was you lower the dose a little and take aspirin

Yes but it was very slight, I’m brown but my skin almost seemed a little lighter cause i had a slight glow
