I would say Japan or somewhere in the East. They have different issues but even the worst degeneracy is not on the same level as the USA and Western Europe.

Eastern Europe is up in coming too so not a bad idea there too. Otherwise just get an online income or having over 500K savings and pretty much anywhere in Latin America can become a nice place. You can buy your way into nice areas.
