It's true that face is the dominating factor when it comes to dating as it says the most about you and if you are a genetically healthy offspring.
However, I do think that a fully looksmaxxed normie who is social maxxed can indeed beat out an unlookaxxed, chadlite face with bad social skills.
Not even chadlite can afford to be high bodyfat or really shit grooming, or autistic.
The gym maxxed normie with large veiny hands, big cock, nice clear skin and a good complexion is often going to beat out the chadlite who is skinny fat / overweight, feminine hands, shit skin l, etc.
And there is a difference between being handsome and attractive.
