Raw eggs are good in a bulk if you want extra calories and feel too lazy to Cook smth otherwise cooked eggs are way better. You absorb more nutrients from cooked eggs as opposed to raw eggs

I drink 15 raw eggs everyday and I have been beating my shit relentlessly.

Not in the case of eggs, it's not that severe here. There is some nutrients loss during cooking eggs like every food but the nutrients of cooked eggs are easier to get absorbed compared to raw eggs. Cooked meat suffer way more from this process of nutrient loss than eggs

It's like saying yeah bro cooked meat is more bioavaible and better digestible even though raw meat is the easiest food to digest for the human body

I stopped eating cooked eggs because of the Advanced Glycation End Products. Boiled egga are low in AGEs, but I don't like the taste. I know raw eggs do not taste any better, but you can swallow them quickly. I will have to try.

It's easy the egg white that protects the egg yolk doesn't taste like anything so just swallow it you can also combine it with juices and mix it well then you won't taste the egg yolk either

ideal is just slightly cooked, it tastes so nice when the yolk is runny af

but its natural anyways because slight cooking simulates the egg being freshly hatched from a chicken as those eggs would be warm cos its been in the chickens but all day

Just search on pubmed. Cooked eggs proteins and vitamins like biotin are literally digested easier cooked as opposed to raw so this should make up for the nutrient loss since some of those extra nutrients wouldn’t be absorbed. For meat it doesn’t makes sense since cooking it will cause water loss in the fibers which contains extra nutrients. Then if they are coping or not in eggs case idk but that’s what both pubmed and chat gpt says

I digest raw eggs better ngl
Whenever I eat warm scrambled eggs I feel bloated and full asf
