Use scissors to chop off excess length, getting fades and whatnot seems very feminine to me, like u care too much about your appearance

Cope with a lot of haircuts you will need layers in your hair otherwise they will be flat and hard to style but yeah if you cut the back and around the ears a bit you can get a haircut once every 6 weeks with longer hair

No, just use scissors urself. don’t dedicate that much time in allowing a random woman to cut ur hair. Like wolf cut is ideal but not too long from the back
