High TSH, can this be the reason my face is always bloated

Did a blood test a couple months back.

TSH reference range was 0.50 - 3.40 mIU/l, my result was 4.16 mIU/l

Do I have to test my T3 and T4 to know if I have hypothyroidism?

Can it be the reason my face is always bloated?

i had high tsh and normal t3 t4 and my doctor gave me only zinc / d3 ,not levotyroxine

check ur t3 and t4 levels

maybe. it's subclinical, so your t3 and t4 will probably be normal. check them anyways though.

do you have any other symptoms like cold feet, hands, low pulse?
