It depends how recessed you are. If you're well developed enough then basic orthotropic stuff like mewing and chewing can actually be effective. If you're too far gone then at a certain point surgical intervention might be the only way. I don't know you so I can't tell

Palate pressure can be used to achieve upward rotation. If you're too recessed, your ability to even mew correctly or put pressure on your palate is diminished
