And yeah, what many calls "tall skull" simply refer to a skull with a long ramus which gives you a tall lower third, and also tall chin. A tall skull given by a long forehead looks like shit

You can have giga bones on a female, their cheeks are shaped differently and hollow differently, their jaws are curved, etc. So it wouldn't be that far off. I have tried doing stuff like that but my mind automatically makes it male sort of so it doesn't work.
