what does hiit actually help with ? when it comes to facial aesthetics

A couple of things. For starters I heard it actually increases testosterone and other type of hormones sort of like heavy deadlifting or squatting..second, it gives you fast twitch muscle fibers which are always good to have especially if you play sports. And lastly it legitimately builds muscle. You have probably seen cross country folks running around and usually they are skinny and lean. Sprinters are usually muscular. Also Hitt is known to burn fat too.

It's hard to say how it could help the face. This type of "science" is pretty new (dimorphism and changing your looks), so all I'll say is if you look see a few sprinters who have done it for awhile, facially they will have an athletic look or skull. Now is that from sprinting or Is it just people who look like that are more likely to sprint?

Idk, but I can say for sure working out and putting on muscle definitely has an effect on your looks/face over time, especially if you do it while you're young. I could see sprinting doing the same thing. The increased muscle mass, the load you're putting in your body therfor forcing it to adapt, and the way it effects your hormones, id say it couldn't hurt to try it for a year or two.
