Buddhism just looks like a moral philosophy for the individual.

Christianity and Islam are mainstream established religions with clear and understandable doctrine. 1 god, 1 prophet, 1 book. That’s it. (You can count 2 for islam if you count the hadiths but I didn’t count them)
