Hit plateau on 500mg test and anavar

I have been running 500mg Test Cyp and 30mg anavar since 9 weeks now, I have reached plateau, no weight gain, no strength gain as such but looking sharp due to var.

Var is just giving me side effects.

Should I add low dose tren 50-60 mg per week instead of anavar for more gains?
 
No you took androgens to early and fried yourself

Don't take more

Dial in your training and nutrition before taking more drugs

adding more compounds is usually not the answer. If this is your first cycle you already messed up with the test dose, consider other variables like your diet and training routine.

9 weeks - 4 weeks for saturation = 5 weeks actually running it.

Yeah dude u definitely platued at 5 weeks JFL

6-7 weeks left

Drop the var if its giving you sides

Personally I wouldn't add more drugs but its up to you

Var isn't gonna give you tissue accrual anyways

Tren will prolly give you sides too

More drugs doesn't mean more results in your context

For you more drugs is prolly gonna mean more sides

500mg is unnecessarily high
I see but I am managing the test sides properly

Only problem is anavar which is not helping here, instead I have hit plateau, so wanted to know what other things I can try to resume rapid muscle gains

2. Orals give more sides, cant manage properly

So best option is stop anavar and add low dose tren right?

1. Eat more. If you aren’t gaining weight you aren’t eating enough. You are able to gain weight regardless of AAS or not. Up the calories. You hit a plateau when you increase the calories, have a good rate of gain per week but your body composition isn’t improving.

2. Var is the biggest meme in the world of AAS. All you get is eviscerated lipid profile for some hardness, midsection lipolysis and barely any anabolism. Drop it.

3. It’s your first cycle, you don’t need Tren. You need more calories. Leave the Tren for later down the like or when you want to cut.

Thank you, I will focus on eating more, you are right I was lacking there. Will drop var, might use it when cutting but feels like it was waste of money. I did mini DNP cycle in between because I had a trip, I think it fucked whole muscle protien synthesis.

The problem with eating more is I am 15% bf, I quickly gain fat and water retention on face if I eat more (140-150gm protein diet) hence I was not eating surplus.

So how should I gain more muscle and lose fat to 12% bf simultaneously?

Thats why I was trying recomp on this cycle, maybe it was stupid idea
