This combo seems to be... enough?
Ppl ignore my autism and treat me nicely and I can reliably slay ltbs. But deep inside I know im just scratching the surface of the sun. Going further would require hardmaxx, is it even worth it?

Would going htn change much?

Aside from dating apps in most everyday settings im the hottest guy anyway
