Has anyone ever done it?
It is for sleeping. Imagine being able to sleep on command, u can take a nap whenever u want or sleep as long as you want..sounds good right? No more being unable to sleep or insomnia.
The thing is, it is hard, yup it is.
You start breathing again after you pass out.
You can try hyperventilating too.
When I was in the fight gym we were hanging out with friends and we decided to try some trick, basically i was in a chokehold and i was trying to breathe in that with some techniqye, Khabib's technique
Yeah khabib has done this i was trying it. I hyperventilated accidentally and i passed out in under 10 seconds in the chokehold. Zero pain. Literally zero pain i didnt even feel like i was running out of breath it all just went dark
didnt actually pass out btw i tapped but if i blacked out and fell on my knees lol, if i didnt tap that last milisecond id go to sleep. It's safe though
So what im tryna say is if u can get someone to choke u out then that makes it wayy easier
But how do we condition ourselves to do it? How do u hold ur breath till u pass out. Really OP if mastered but very hard.
