2 months ago I had hollow cheeks no matter which lighting ,now I gained a little bit of weight and I only have hollow cheeks with certain lighting.
What’s the best natural way to get rid of bloating and water weight and what body fat % should I achieve minimum?

eat less calorie do cardio basic thing but dont lower your protein and carb they are important.You should achieve %12-14 bf

Nah bro I think you don’t need potassium to debloat,when you drink like less than a liter of water a day the water will be stored as water weight in your cheek,potassium this potassium that like nah bro just drink more water and loose more body fat
