tbh the main reason for hollow cheeks is it removes babyface look. i realized this guy mogs hard yet has bloated cheeks. if u gave him hollow cheeks (which would be hard cuz he has very wide midface and palate) i dont think it would matter that much. thought?

Most people even models don’t have super hollow cheeks in normal irl lighting, and if u give a boneless person hollow cheeks they will only look sickly. So forget about the hollows themselves, it’s the bones that create the hollows. An example of someone that doesn’t have hollow cheeks yet doesn’t get affected by it is dellisola bc he still has the bones of someone that would have hollow cheeks
