5'10, 150, 17, generally whats a good method to get hollow cheeks im down to do anything including peptides or other substances like aqualyx

i mean u get those with either good zygomatic bones, or no bloat and no face fat, so id advise you to try and debloat for like a week and if you dont get them just do aqualyx, if anything reta works too

permanently leanmaxx with intermittent fasting. start your morning with green tea and lymphatic drainage. consume potassium and drink 1 gallon of fluids throughout the day to stay debloated. do proper swallowing for buccinator atrophy (will take 2+ months). this worked for me. you can also try topical yohimbine cream and uc method for targeted fat removal, which i haven't done.
