16 years, low body fat, good genetics but still no hollow cheeks. Used to fill my mouth up and have poor posture. But aside from the jawline my face appeared to be slimmer. I also used to bite my inner cheeks to have a temporary appearance for hollow cheeks but stopped doing that because I thought it would activate the buccinator muscle and grow it.

Is that true that it works the buccinator or should start biting my inner jaw again.

bitting cheek doesnt activate buccinator

Just bite your cheeks theory

bitting cheek doesnt activate buccinator
Yes it does lmao, you use the buccinator to bring the cheek in to actually bite on, and tension is created in the buccinator while you are biting, which sends blood flow to it and more you do it the more bigger it’ll grt

Not meant for everyone. Robust bones are very rare, so rare that it’ll probably make you a model if you have them. Even people with robust bones have to really put all their focus and dedication into maintainign leaness to achieve them. There’s a reason mfs like depp and barret get payed millions

I’m pretty sure that’s obvious ..

It’s totally possible to have good facial structure for hollow cheeks but it’s totally hidden behind a wall of muscle, after years of misuse.
