i don’t think my maxilla is the problem, even it if was it wouldn’t be significant enough for a bimax lol, i have good zygos which ik are completely seperate from the maxilla but they do argue against a severely recessed maxilla which is the only case id even consider a bimax. that’s why im asking if fat grafting is worth it or if there are any good copes
