I have hollow undereyes but they're not really dark but visible. Can stuff like ghkcu retinol or those caffeine serums help?

It is most likely caused by recessed infraorbitals as lack of bone support in the under eye creates the hollow appearance. If the skin is discolored due to a separate issue then try using the serums otherwise you can use concealer.
