I wanted to improve the shadow effect on my face with implants, but I'm afraid to get a wider zygomatic and break the ratios from the front. In this result of yaremchuck it seems that the face was not enlarged from the front(I measured ES ratios, after is even a little bit higher lol, i was expecting a little bit lower), however the result is very nice. Notice he shade of the face.
So what you need is more bone mass in that area to improve this effect ??
Does widening the jaw helps or not with this?
personally I have a recessive lower third, but even so, depending on the light I have a certain hollowcheeks effect. Even in real life, they commented once when I was very thin on my face.
(I'm frauding on this pic.I don't know if you can tell, but in real life my lower third is quite recessive. My jaw is looking good here lol)
