Holy asymmetry!!

I am 15 and i have the worst asymmetry like my left side is freaking flat and right is overly thick or fat. i slept on my left side more in the early puberty ages. How can i fix this?

If nobody has called you a lopsided freak IRL then it isn’t noticeable. There’s no significant fix but there’s no need to worry about

Sleep on your back, if it's not highly noticable in the mirror then you're fine. If it is, then there's nothing you can do but hope that puberty somehow fixes this. For maximum efficiency bonesmash with a hammer and hit it as hard as you can so you ascend to True Adam (jokes)

i really dont think asymmetry does anything if your face is actually attractive, neck width can mask some jaw asymmetry, a symmetric rat isnt any better off than an asymmetric one
