just now half a plate maggi with cottage cheese (was not upto the standards tbh) w a slice of amul cheese, morning sambar rice w some chow chow, soon rice again with potatoes, then night a glass of egg milk w cinnamon and vanilla extract and either sleep or a cup of cereal w gelatin. Lots of fruit juices in bw
