so my first day of gym i could only bench the bar and two 10 pound weights

today one month and 3 days

i loaded up 2 35s and they moved so easily so i was like eh fuck it lets try

i did 2 45s for 6x4 reps

my chest big as fuck i titmog @Rea

To extend newbie gains try nuclei over stimulus training or training daily. This can be full body or any split u select but work on your titties daily.

Protein synthesis os completed after 12 to 18 hours.

Ensure you get sufficient sleep, reverse osmosis water, and extra sunlight and increase fat to 30 percent of your daily calories. Eat as many monounsaturared fats as possible from avocadoes, olives and macadamia nuts.

Use progressive overload to where you are increasing weight or reps each day. If you stagnate then try micro weights with 1-4 lb wrist weights.

Go down slow and pause on the bottom and explode up

For monster titties do a burnout at the end where I go down to the chest and explode up half way and repeat these to do as many as you can with a light weight like 30 lbs.

Isometrics:

Use the bar in a bench press and push the bar under the rack as hard as you can for 30 seconds or greater. Use this at 3 different angles

NEGATIVES

use a weight that's 25 percent heavier than your max. So try a 50 lb weight. Go down as slowly as possible then hold on the bottom. Use two hands to bring it back up and do about 3 or four reps for each side. So this to start the chest exercises


Play with angles and hand position. Incline declin tricep extensions close grip wide grip etc.

About 6 sets for the regular bench not including isometrics. I use reverse pyramid.

Use herbs like ashwaganda and shilajit for increasing your hormones.

Once a year they a 1 to 2 week deload and mix up the routine if u hit a major plateau.

Once u get to 100 lb dumbbells then gains slow down. Once u hit 150 lb dumbbells it's time to move to the barbell since the dumbbells are just awkward at that point. Anything over 315 lbs should either have a spotter or use the squat rack.

my tits got so much bigger in one month dude its crazy

my insertions arent dogshit but they arent that good either, i think i can fill most of the gap if i keep working out
