Impossible. The problem is always looking at things right in your vicinity and never far out.

Not the blue light, that causes different issues.

Reading alot of books will cause the same eye issueas

That supposedly works, but I never tried it. But yeah, just take breaks and look as far as possible so it doesn't decline further.
