I've been using castor oil + argan oil for 2 years, definitely improved my eyebrows, but they're not as thick as I want them to be tbh.

This would be where I dash everyones hopes and say that there is zero literature that shows that castor oil helps hair growth. It will help with the condition of the hair, sure, which will in turn make it look thicker and healthier. But it won't actually do shit to make hair grow.

Well it improved them a little honestly.
Onions could stimulate hair growth, but as I live with my parents I would find it hard to explain sleeping with onions ever my eyes.
Also caffeine apparently

It will have improved the hair condition, making it look thicker but it won't have gotten hairs to grow where there weren't any already.
No idea about onions. I just know about castor oil because I've specifically looked into it due to it being such a prevalent myth.

It depends how dark your brows naturally are as to whether it would make much of a difference.
