I got 10mm of lateral projection with Pagnoni and it looks natural but I didn't get the desired masseter positioning with a slight dehiscence, that cannot be predicted by anyone even the most skilled surgeon. I had to add 2mm of fillers on each side to get the perfectly shaped jaw that I wanted in the first place.

I don’t understand how the masseter reattaches at all. You have to cut away the area where it attaches to the bone to be able to fix the implant.

Can you shed any light on that? I am very dubious about jaw angle implants for this reason and prefer to go with widening during bimax plus some fillers.
