it’s over but do intense cardio and lean bulk than cut i have a routine i kinda use at 15 but i play 3 sports year around and im 6ft 172

you train like shit, i am 6'0 150lbs and i have a better frame and muscle mass then you, I have only been lifting for a year btw, your frame is actually decent

its brutal

Ive given way too many hours of my life and seen no results so my motivation has tanked. I was 160 but gained 8lbs pure fat and prob lost some muscle mass over the last 2 weeks since I havent been working out

dnp makes you lean, I just have high water retention throughout but once i stop in 3 week i should be alot leaner
so stop taking these cycles for. awhile and js do intense weight training followed up by 30 minutes of cardio and stay away from carbs and get atleast 150g of protein aday and take your daily supplements

jfl I never had newbie gains, the first year of lifting I just lost alot of fat, didnt really build muscle. Like a year ago though I started having "more developed" muscle and definitio but hasnt changed since

your brain is rotted, being 6’0 is the automatic frame maxxed out that you could ever wish for all you have to do is cut doesnt even matter if youre skinny or shredded

I have no idea what a cycle of that stuff consists of but for how effective people always claim steroids are supposed to be this result is hella pathetic. Lol

I'm skinny fat right now but I could probably look like that in 1-3 months or 6 at the most. I'd probably look better if I give it same effort which I plan on doing soon.

Bro there's something wrong with your training, it is impossible to look like that after 3 years of dedicated lifting even if you were a natty, unless your training was shit

I started going to the gym when I was 18/19, I'm 27 now but when I clean shave I could probably get away with people thinking I'm 21-23.

I have been way bigger than that in past when I went with my brother and was obsessed with the gym. But that was back in 2018/2019. I haven't worked out consistently because of the fake pandemic. Didn't wanna get vaccinated so I went rarely and I had too many distractions at home to work out there so I stopped at somw point and just starved myself but I gained the weight back when I ate carbs again.

I never took steroids and just got bored of going to the gym alone, soI'll probably never return unless I can't find a nearby alternative but the closest gym is probably as far away as the nearest boxing club. I need a new SIM card to be able to make calls which I'll buy today and then I'll compare what the different gyms near me are offering.

I also considered going into swimming or playing basketball since boxing seems to risky when it comes to injuries.
