For context I have nocturia right (had it since I was 13, search it up)


And I took melatonin today and I only got up to go to the bathroom for like 2-3 times today idk (pretty normal for me, learned to live with it)


And holy shit I've slept for 16+ hours, I legit thought it was sunrise and not pm


If you're not taking melatonin (1mg) already then wtf are you doing

Don't ever take anything over 1 mg


Less is more with melatonin, 1 mg is the max

I've used insomnia medication before (zolpidem and zopiclone) and melatonin mogged them so hard. I took 3mg pharma grade ones
