so my routine had previously just been using minoxidil every night and calling it a day. The problem is the effects were very minimal, sure I did notice slight improvements but it was definitely not worth the money and the only reason I kept using minoxidil was to prevent from going bald through stimulation but I also was experiencing crazy shedding
But then I hopped on a new routine
Red light therapy cap
- I do it for like 5 hours a day
(Reason is it’s literally automatic just put on a cap and let it sit there, you can even sleep with it on)
It stimulates ur hair follicles to grow faster
- boil Green tea bags and apply it to my hair 3 times a week
(This is mainly for the ecgc which has been shown to prevent dht from shrinking ur follicles and causing baldness. Not as good as finasteride but a lot more affordable and good enough for maintaining)
- dermastamping 1-2 times a week
(Stimulates igf1 and other hair growth factors which keeps hair in ANAGEN phase)
- glucosamine sulfate/chondroitin pills
Idk how the fuck this shit worked but it literally is said that it makes the fibers that bind your hair together significantly stronger and thicker. Shit actually works
This is all I needed and my hair got extremely thick and long only in a span of a month. Also my hairline is super thick it almost looks like I got enhancements
Used to be able to run my hands through my hair easily now it’s like a mane
Stop using copemary oil and other useless shitty products they won’t do anything I’ve been on them and minoxidil for months and never got much results and it’s a huge waste of money
Btw I had started losing hair before this and this routine worked better than minoxidil for it Jfl
It’s worked so good parts of my hair is longer than others cuz I didn’t evenly do the routine everywhere
