So I have 2 20kg plates and a bar that is 5 kg, I also have a dumbell that is 15kg and 3 that are 5. What exercises can i do with 1 plate? Or with the dumbells. What do you recommend me to buy?
 
weighted calisthenics (pullups, dips, one leg squats, wrestler's bridge)
high volume arms (bicep curls, triceps extensions)
high volume forearms
high volume overhead press
dumbbell pullovers to increase lung capacity, thus increasing ribcage size, 15 kg dumbbell is enough
