no way its that simple, i was searching about it, i see people using a fat dissolving substance, but im not sure if my gynecomastia is fat or glandular tissue.

but letrozole doesnt directly do anything to the tissue, it just cuts off estrogen production.

if its a gyno letrozole would be the only way to stop it, normal AI won't reverse that gyno

I mean if the gyno is new and freshly formed, only letrozole can reverse it, other than that. Only thing you can do is nolvadex/raloxefine and pray that you don’t need surgery

Get bloods, if u have high prolactin, P5P. If u have low E2, ralox. If u have high E2, AI.
