Although it looks like you're already in Tanner stage 4 / 4.5( i may be wrong), you're only still 14, so your body will just improve over time through puberty, increasing bone mass, muscle, tes etc... speaking of what you can do now, is stop listening to incels online and focus on enjoying your life.

Does this mean I may stop growing relatively soon?

Generally speaking, yes, your body stops developing at Tanner Stage 5 with the closing of the growth plates. However, puberty is a very unpredictable process, and doctors don’t fully understand it. A study was conducted on growth in boys from Tanner Stages 3-5, which looked at how many had growth spurts at each stage. The results showed that many teens experience another growth spurt at Stage 4, and some even have one at Stage 5. tho im not gonna bs, everything related to your body and development is primarily determined by genetics. If your parents are tall, you may be too; if they're shorter, you might be as well, as it tends to follow family patterns on average
but for alot of people its diffrent, some grow in to their 20's and some stop at 14! for some puberty goes raelly really faast and for some its as slow as not having armpit hair at highschool. so it might just be one of thos special cases, and im not gonna lie to you, there is probably not a single doctor out there that can perfectly and accuratly predict someone's height, btu can only give an estimated guess.
