High HTN, you have good features all around but there are two things you could work on.

1. Your eyebrows are not in ideal shape, making them straighter would give your eyes a better look since they are mid set and not low set. (Unideal) Pretty easy to do, just book an appointment at a hair salon or a professional place where they do work related to hair, make sure to do your research first.

2. You have short eyelashes, getting them longer would be a massive halo to your eyes since you also have pretty much no upper eyelid exposure.
