You need a lateral cantho, Infraorbital implants, rhino, a sliding genio and a widening genio just to reach htn JFL

you are symmetrical and good face shape and good hair, maybe improving eye area you could be MTN-HTN, and the nose idk if you need rhino bc i didnt see you nose from the side profile, focus on the eye are boyo
