I hoped for them to be like 600 at least. the last few months I’ve really been trying to optimize my life style (gym+magesium sups+D3K2, sleep) to get a better t score but I’m barely scratching what even the jew doctors call healthy. Is there hope for me? And should I stop talking 10.000 IU D3K2 and Magnesium 600mg daily the report says I am almost at an unhealthy level but I don’t know if I should trust them on that
Does it have to do with does shit HDL (39 mg/dl) levels? I’ve been morzarellamaxxing (25% fat) for proteinintake maybe thats why is so shit
