So I was before yesterday trying really hard on my goals so I was on nofap for like a fucking month. I had done 1 streak of 2 weeks, then I noticed I felt low energy, dead, but still clingy as fuck. So I jacked off, felt depressed for like 2 days, then felt better. 2 weeks later I was clingy as fuck to this girl who doesn’t even feel the same about me, so I jacked off again, now I don’t care about her. I can finally focus on myself again.
Just recognize your priorities, know what fapping does to your brain, and act accordingly. Use it as a tool honestly. And weigh the pros and cons. Like I have a big test today and my face is sort of bloated from the increase in prolactin, I’m not going to be as mentally clear, but at least I’m not 24/7 thinking about some whore.
