Yes it does because skin gets pulled down by gravitational force of Earth.

Yes it does. Your brow bone can get slightly larger in your 20s.

Totally depends. It can if the skin over your brow starts dropping more. Hooding can even decrease if you start losing periorbital fat

Sometimes one eye is hooded and the other one not complete utter bullshit. Do you think pulling the skin would fix. Its just slightly

Most guys have hooded eyes when they get old. Also loose their buccal fat
