I assume your middle eastern / south asian, most of the time with them it's mainly genetic not all of it is lack of forward growth

it is because u dont have structure from cheek bones to the teeth

i'm middle eastern too, i don't have a hooked nose probably cause im a highlander, but im aware it's a common feature lots of middle easterners have if that's your case then it doesn't have anything to do with your maxilla it's just apart of our features
