I identify as both... it's like nationality vs ethnicity, at least from my perspective (not all of us have the same stance on this topic)

as for women, you probably haven't heard of it but there's a local meme in the region that Serbian women are easy for Montenegrins and I can tell that attraction is mutual since Serbian women brutally fog our women... I mean neither Serbian women are the best but they're better than Montenegrin and other Dinaric women, they're just too masculine and "sharp"
