Let's say someone has a 20mm philtrum (very long)
There is a surgery to potentionally lift the lower lip ≈ 2mm afaik, it's called a VY lower lip lift, not sure if it can be done for everyone, or only if you have bottom teeth show. But let's count it
Next, there's obviously upper lip lift, let's do 4mm of that, and simultaneously do a upper lip reduction to prevent a gay look (not needed at all if thin upper lip)
Boom that's a new philtrum length of 14mm, and even the distance to the middle of the mouth is ≈ 2mm less (maybe upper lip lift could even improve it further, don't think so tho) Nothing is impossible bhais
