short pfl is ruining my eyes.. talked to smart member said no fix for it but not sure

any procedures to fix? Pretty sure almond eye surgery alone wouldn’t be enough due to bones shape still off?

Probably nothing will help completely unless this
but I’m thinking perhaps either upper eye fat grafting or Supra implants to give hooding effect ( another smart members suggested this )and maybe almond eye surgery to go from neutral tilt to positive should atleast offer a decent amount of improvement?I know far from perfect but something. This would help give apperance of vertically shorter and horizontally wider ? Problem big orbits with not enough horizontal length (small eyes)

Ya canthoplasty with supras is what I’m thinking. Not sure if theory will lead to good results though. wont be amazing results but perhaps cheat the system a bit

That’s the discouraging part , it’s like chasing a folk law .there is no documentation to form any kind of opinion
