yes ,looked it up and it can help

Just practice speaking

Do you have any advice on how I can do it?
Just from a bit of research, you read something out loud and record yourself and find out your triggers and try learn from your mistakes. Also try slowing down a lot and getting control, and then when you get confident enough you can speed back up to normal speed.

bro i dont stutter when i read. so i cant record my triggers. and i already read outloud it doesnt really translate into real life. speaking slowly deosnt work either ill just stutter still.

i think im gonna get my t levels tested. i might just have really low t which causes this shit. Cuz ive ben doing exposure therapy for about 3 years and it doesnt help at all

so ur too retarded to speak on the spot. Try describing some shit randomly with like 5 sentences and record that instead of reading or talk to urself like a schitzo but slow down

this might help. ill try to do this

I should probably rather ask how you came across this. I believe I read a study before that suggested higher testosterone levels were correlated with increased stuttering, not the other way around.

test should lower my inhib. but im reading the study i assume u are refering to. It is refering to higher test during the fetal period of development. so it might not apply now since im not a fetus anymore.
